Tips for getting tension free during exam

The month of March is coming up and mostly in every house there is a pressure of final exams of their students. So, here I come up with some of the tips for getting tension free during exam.

1. Take a small-small breaks during studying

Is it not mandatory for all students because some students can study continuously for 2-3 hours and on the other hand the concentration of other students doesn't stick for more than 1 hour. So, it is good to take a break of 5-10 minutes after every hour or 15-20 minutes after every 2-3 hours, whichever is suitable. During break you can do anything which makes you feel relax like watching TV, listening music etc. Make sure you should stick to the time of break.



2. Eat Well
Make sure you don't skip your breakfast. If your exam is on morning shift like; 9 AM onward always try to take lite breakfast like daliya, oats, bread butter but don't skip it. Try to avoid heavy breakfast before exam like paratha, puri, lassi. While preparing for exams try to take Vitamin-C like lemon, orange etc. it makes you energetic. Eat green vegetables more especially spinach, saag ther contains Vitamin-B which helps to increase your concentration. Try to avoid junk foods during these days and white products like rice, sugar etc.


3. Is it good to meet friends during exam?
Some parents put ban on their children to meet their friends during exam. It is not good because students feel free and happy with their friends. Yes, you can make a time boundation on their meeting time.

4. Just believe in yourself
Some students get confuse themselves that what they are studying are wrong and what their friends are studying is right. No, every student his/her own caliber. Make sure you make your revision with the same study material from which you make your preparations before exam. Do not try to read any new books or study material. It generally makes student confuse.

5. Try to make notes
When you are preparing for exams  try to make notes of yourself and if you have time then try to write it because it is very old and gold formula the thing which we write always remembers us. On the last moment these notes will be very useful for you. Difficult subjects like maths, science just write down the formula, diagrams, pictures, figures in your notes. Some students write down the entire chapter in their notes it doesn't help you out. Notes means a crux of the chapter.

DO NOT PANIC DURING EXAMS
