Tips for getting tension free during exam

The month of March is coming up and mostly in every house there is a pressure of final exams of their students. So, here I come up with some of the tips for getting tension free during exam. 1. Take a small-small breaks during studying Is it not mandatory for all students because some students can study continuously for 2-3 hours and on the other hand the concentration of other students doesn't stick for more than 1 hour. So, it is good to take a break of 5-10 minutes after every hour or 15-20 minutes after every 2-3 hours, whichever is suitable. During break you can do anything which makes you feel relax like watching TV, listening music etc. Make sure you should stick to the time of break. 2. Eat Well Make sure you don't skip your breakfast. If your exam is on morning shift like; 9 AM onward always try to take lite breakfast like daliya, oats, bread butter but don't skip it.
